Powerful treatment pad with PEMF (pulsating magnetic field) and red & infrared LED light, 60 diodes, 650 nm & 850 nm. Can be placed in several different areas. Unique design allows two pads to be connected for treatment of larger areas.

Smooth and simple treatment in several different areas without having to actively stand and perform the treatment yourself. Placed on the area to be treated then the treatment takes care of itself. Easy to fasten around e.g. vertebrae, tendons, carpal joint, back, loin, sacrum, arches and withers.

Can also be used for treatment of yourself. The treatment pad is easy to fasten for treatment of your neck, back, shoulder, elbow, knee, thigh, etc.

Can also be used for treatment of you dog. The treatment pad is easy to fasten for treatment of your dog´s back, neck, hip, legs, etc.

Pulsating magnetic field therapy - can stimulate microcirculation in the body, increase blood circulation and contribute to muscle relaxation.

LED light therapy with red and infrared wavelengths - can increase blood circulation and speed up the body's healing process.

The combination of red and infrared light therapy and PEMF gives a very powerful treatment with more benefits than the treatment methods individually.

The unit comes with a power adapter, storage bag extra velcros and elastic girth for attachment on different places of the body, and user instructions. Free service desk is included with tips and treatment advice based on more than 20 years of experience in LED light treatment/LLLT.

About PEMF

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy is a treatment method that uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to stimulate cellular functions and promote healing. It is used to reduce inflammation and support the recovery of damaged tissues in both humans and animals.

The body’s cells communicate and function through electrical signals. When these signals are disrupted due to injury, inflammation, or disease, the cells can no longer function optimally. PEMF therapy can restore the cells’ electrical charge, improve oxygen supply, accelerate metabolism, and promote the regeneration of damaged cells. It can also increase microcirculation and reduce inflammation.

PEMF works by generating pulses of electromagnetic fields that penetrate the body and reach cells, bones, muscles, and nerves. PEMF therapy can enhance cellular function and speed up the body’s healing process by influencing the bioelectrical activity of cells.

Cellular Function
The body’s cells are charged with positive and negative ions that regulate cellular activity, such as nutrient absorption, energy production, and waste management. When cells are damaged (due to inflammation, injury, or disease), their electrical charge becomes imbalanced, affecting their ability to function optimally. PEMF therapy can restore the cell’s normal charge, helping them to communicate and function better.

Increased Blood Circulation & Oxygen Supply
PEMF therapy can improve microcirculation by dilating blood vessels and enhancing blood flow to treated areas. This can lead to better oxygen delivery and nutrient absorption, thereby speeding up the body’s healing process and reducing inflammation.

Effects on Inflammation
Inflammation is often caused by overreactions of the immune system. PEMF therapy influences the production of inflammatory cytokines, which can reduce excessive inflammation and help the body restore balance.

Bone Tissue & Healing
PEMF therapy has been shown to be particularly effective in stimulating bone formation and improving bone health by promoting the production of osteoblasts (bone-producing cells), thereby accelerating bone healing in cases of fractures or osteoporosis.

Why Combine LED Light Therapy with PEMF?

Synergistic Effects
PharmaLight’s LED light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and infrared light to stimulate cellular activity, increase blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate the body’s healing process. PEMF treatment can enhance these effects by improving microcirculation, increasing oxygen supply, and further stimulating cell regeneration. Together, they can optimize cellular metabolism in two different ways, promoting faster healing and recovery.

Complementary Mechanisms
PEMF, through its electromagnetic pulses, can reach deeper into the tissues than LED light therapy and influence the electrical charge of cell membranes. By combining both methods, a more comprehensive treatment can be achieved, acting at different tissue depths.

Reduction of Inflammation
Both LED light therapy and PEMF therapy are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, but they work in different ways in the body. LED light therapy works at the cellular level by supplying energy to the mitochondria, which in turn produces more ATP, the cell’s internal fuel. PEMF directly affects the electromagnetic activity at the cellular level. When cells are damaged (due to inflammation, injury, or disease), their electrical charge becomes imbalanced, affecting their ability to function optimally. PEMF can restore the cell’s normal charge, helping them to communicate and function better. The combination of these two can therefore be particularly effective in inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis or musculoskeletal problems.

Long-term Use
Just like LED light therapy, low-intensity PEMF is safe for long-term use, making it possible to combine them in daily or weekly treatment plans without risk of overstimulation or harm. By using low-intensity PEMF in parallel with LED light, a more profound and sustainable healing effect can be achieved.

Both PEMF and LED light therapy have undergone extensive research. PEMF therapy has been studied for several decades and is relatively well-established in both human and veterinary therapy. It has been particularly used for bone healing, musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, and pain relief. Many studies show positive results, especially in the treatment of fractures, tendon and joint disorders, and inflammation reduction. LED light therapy is also a well-researched area, with significant advancements over the past 20 years—especially in the last decade, many studies on photobiomodulation have emerged. There are around 10,000 studies showing, among other things, that red and infrared light can stimulate cellular activity, increase ATP production, accelerate the body’s healing process, enhance circulation, and reduce inflammation.
